Refund & Return Policy

At First Ceremony, every outfit is lovingly handcrafted for your baby's special milestone. As many of our products are made to order, we kindly ask you to read our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible products within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • Be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Customized & Handmade Products

All customized, personalized, and made-to-order outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes products with:

  • Baby's name or initials

  • Custom embroidery

  • Custom sizing

  • Color or design modifications

  • Any personalization requested by the customer

As each customized outfit is handcrafted specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once a customized or handmade order has entered the production process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
