Thank you for shopping with First Ceremony. Every outfit is carefully handcrafted to make your baby's special day truly memorable. As many of our products are made to order, please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Since our outfits are handmade and many include customizations, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy seasons or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery information are accurate when placing your order.

First Ceremony is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier company and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
